DISPOSAL OF MERCURY CONTAINING ITEMS (MCI’s)

Basic Disposal Instructions:

Put your MCI inside one ziplock bag and seal it.

Fold the first bag enough to fit into a second one and seal it.

Put the bagged MCI in a safe place out of the reach of children.

Bring contents to:

Chippewa County Recycling Center

1423 W. Easterday Avenue

Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan

(between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday)
